Valor School Year Performance Program

2011–2012

The Off-Season Performance Calendar can be seen by following the links below. These training sessions dedicated to the development of the complete athlete are open to all valor athletes who are not in-season. It is our hope that all of our athletes are training year-round in our performance program!

March Calendar

All athletes are encouraged to take advantage of getting their lift in during the school day during an off-period or lunch. This will allow for more individual coaching and video analysis, better use of our facilities and equipment, the ability to get home sooner after school, personalized nutrtional counseling and much more. If you are an off-season athlete, the running portion will be done directly after school, so if you have your lift done you can leave after the run or you can stay to get your lift in.

 


Off-Season Athlete Performance Schedule

Monday - Friday (8:35-3:00) - Lift Only

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday (3:10 - 4:30)

3:10-3:50/3:50-4:30: Speed/Agility Training
3:10 - 3:50: Lifting (If not done during the day)

Wednesday (3:10 - 4:30): Make-Up Day Only

3:10-3:50/3:50-4:30: Speed/Agility Training (running portion on own)
3:10-3:50: Lifting (If not done during the day)


Nutrition at Valor

Muscle Milk

All athletes will receive 1 bar prior to any exercise (Training, practice, etc.) and 1 shake post-exercise. Muscle Milk Collegiate products are available to purchase by our Valor community throughout the year. To place an order, please fill out this order form and turn into anyone on the Athletic Development staff (T.J Ragan, Brian Kula, Allen Schroeder, Jennifer Hutto). Unless we are out of stock on a particular product, we will fill your order immediately so please hand it directly to one of the above staff members.
