2011 Valor Christian High School Gold Crown Girls Basketball Tryouts
Valor Christian High School is pleased to offer tryouts for 5th - 8th grade Gold Crown Girls’ Basketball teams. The teams will consist of a combination of players from private and public schools. Because the team must comply with CHSAA rules, 75-80% of the players on Valor’s team must attend a private school, be home schooled or have a sibling attending Valor. Thus, players will be evaluated based on skill level, experience and school of enrollment for 2011-12. Valor’s Gold Crown program will focus on skill development, building confidence and teamwork.
If selected for a team, the cost will be $450, payable at the time of commitment to the team. If you are offered a spot on the team, the courtesy of a response is requested within 24 hours. This cost includes Gold Crown fees, practice time and a uniform. Additional items such as gym bags and Valor gear (shorts, sweats, hoodies) will be available at an additional cost.

Time: 1:00-3:30pm
Location: Valor Christian High School
Practice: Practice will be held 2 nights/week at Valor Christian High School until the start of games. After the start of games, practice may be reduced to 1 night/week with games on Sundays, held at the Gold Crown Facility in Lakewood, Colorado.
