Valor Speed Summer Training Camp

As an athlete training in the Valor Speed Summer Training Camp, you will learn to develop and maintain speed, agility, power and coordination with the most current training methods and facilities available. Elements of Valor Speed include Running Mechanics, Foot Speed, Plyometrics, Acceleration, Agility, Core Development, Flexibility, Sport Conditioning, Nutrition and Beginning Strength Training for athletes entering 6-8th grades.

Valor Speed is directed by NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist and Head Track coach Brian Kula. Coach Kula has over 16 years of experience developing athletes from youth, high school, college and professional levels in many sports. Camp fee includes top-quality instruction, testing and evaluation, Muscle Milk nutrition and a camp T-shirt.
